In the case that that Naval Prefecture declares Puerto Cerrado due to unfavorable hydrometeorological conditions and the tour should be cancelled, it would be made as follows:
If you have a reservation at the moment of Puerto Cerrado, we will reschedule, in common
agreement, depending on the availability in the following day or days.
If you have a reservation with date and time of departure in the moment the pier is open again, we will respect your reservation and you will have priority to navigate.
If you do not have time to reschedule or you do not wish to do so, you will have a reimbursement of the total of the navigation in the same place where you have bought your ticket.
